757 S main street. We are located downtown Raeford in the adjacent building to Great Vision Counseling. Our entrance is on the side of the building. We are located inside the building with Accountable Solutions, LLC.

You will receive a welcome email with forms that must be completed before your first session. Please be sure to read them in their entirety so that you are aware of what to expect.

You and your therapist will then discuss your expectations as well as theirs before your session.

60 minute sessions include 10 minutes of consultation and dress/undress time with 50 minutes hands on. 90 minute sessions include the same 10 mins with 80 mins hands on. Arriving late does not extend your time. You may receive the remaining time of your session.

Your therapist will step out of the room while you undress and get on the table. Please do not undress while your therapist is still in the room. This is manditory and according to NC state law.

Before the Massage

1. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete intake forms, use the restroom, and to start relaxing before your appointment.

2. Discuss health concerns, allergies, and preferences with your therapist.

3. Remove jewelry, glasses, and loose items.

During the Massage

1. You'll lie on a comfortable massage table.

2. The therapist will explain techniques and pressure.

3. Undress to your comfort level (sheets/drapes provided).

4. Breathe deeply, relax, and communicate needs.

Not specifically. Therapeutic massage includes different pressure that includsv deep and/or firm pressure but is adjusted based on the needs of the body.
